Unfortunately not every exhibit house provides a complete receiving check. You can be sure your shipments are thoroughly inspected upon each return to Vision’s warehouse. Every item is unpacked and inspected for damage within 24 hours of receiving. Vision understands that any claim needs to be made immediately—not weeks after an exhibit returns. Panels and components are counted, light fixtures are turned on and bulbs replaced if necessary, bolts tightened, frames expanded, laminate panels wiped down and fabric panels lint-rolled. In essence, Vision completes every detail before returning the shipment to storage. This attentive service provides you with a peace of mind that every exhibit is ready to ship from the shelf at a moment’s notice.
